AI is everywhere in today’s world. There’s AI in cameras in way we never knew. One example of this is face recognition because they tend to focus on a subject if they have facial features. AI can also be used to help photographers in editing their photos. Photographers can ask an AI a question and it will respond automatically.

There are free tools that use AI. One example is an AI image generation, it creates images with just a text of simple words. Photographers can also get good inspiration from AI like ChatGPT. It can give you captions for your Instagram posts or the insights of photography related questions.  AI can help photographers with things that would normally take a lot of their time.

I chose the Mona Lisa to be my person in history because I’ve heard theories on how she’s not really smiling in her portrait. But there are other people that disagree and say that she is smiling.

Five important tips I read were:

1. I can save a certain set of brushes
2. The pencil creates a hard-edged line and a brush tool creates a soft stroke
3. There are different cursor preference like bold or thin
4. Different paint tool options gives you different types of color pressures
5. The stroke smoothing is how fast the brush can make a stroke and how it makes a stroke

I would like to take a vacation to Italy. Italy seems interesting because of the leaning tower of Piza, and I like how people take pictures there.

Photography holds power by capturing a significant moment. When a picture is captured, the viewer tends to have an emotion to it. Everyone has a good one or two photographs in them. For a photojournalist, they should always have good photographs and how to tell a story. Telling a story can touch people’s hearts because the views feel connected with the pictures. Photography can also let us confront issues that are controversial. Photography can tell a story without using words. Photography can also be used as entertainment for shooting whatever you want. You can develop relationships with things or people you photograph. Photojournalism is a powerful action in which can tell a story or just for fun.

Black and white photography helps us see a different world like tones, texture, and light. Distractions color would cause is something that isn’t a bother when shooting black and white. It helps show what you see from your eyes and not from the color being shown. Using black and white can show mood and emotion by adding deep contrast. Shooting black and white makes the photos seem timeless because things can change over time but without any color it seems like its frozen in time.

My favorite “teacher” is Coach Rene. Since I’ve began this school year, she has been one of my favorite “teachers”. My first impression of her was that she was really rough but later on that changed once I got used to her. I used to dread going to practice getting scared due to the pressure I felt. Now I knew she never meant it in a bad way she just wanted everyone to try their best when playing. Coach Rene is my favorite coach because she’s straight up with you on what you’re doing wrong and how to fix that.

Outside of practice Coach Rene is childish and expressive. When she talks and sometimes hangs out with my friends and I, she makes me feel like I’m talking to another teen my age. She gets serious with us whenever she needs to go do something or if we do too much. But when she finally hangs out with us, she joins in our jokes, and we all play games together. Coach Rene is a kid at heart, and I like that about her because now a days some adults are too serious with kids.

I had always thought Coach Rene was cold towards everyone but one day my mind changed. It was our last game of our league and she had decided to put some girls for varsity I had been one of them. Once it was my turn to play the girls from the other school didn’t have such good sportsmanship neither did their friends. Coach Rene noticed and walked over to shame their behavior. At the end of the game, she had told my doubles partner and I that we did good for our first time ever playing for varsity.
